HD Workbench - "The most workstation for your money."

Heavy 16 gage, 2" Square tube legs with high quality paint finish. T-Mold protection around the perimeter of its plastic laminate tops. (Matches T-Mold, laminate face modular drawers to protect operators legs and clothing.) Optional casters are available to mobilize all basic workstations. Load Capacity is 5,000 lbs.
Standard top Work Surfaces include: Plastic laminate, ESD laminate, and solid maple. Special orders include: Stainless Steel, Epoxy Resin, Polypropylene, etc.
CHD Workbench
The Model CHD (Cantilever Heavy Duty) is for those who want the mobility of an independent workbench design with the full leg clearance provided by recessed front legs. The CHD Workbench permits easy station-to-station movement for progressive operations and delivers openness to the work environment. Comes standard with a modesty panel.
CHD Models provide 750 lbs. load capacity at the standard 30 inch height (special heights, over 40 inches, can potentially influence capacity).
CHD Models use the same Accessories as the HD and Ergo-Line Models. Add CHD Workstations along with those models. The modular design permits easy future customization and expansion.
DN Workbench -"Dimension Next" Expandable Modular Workbenches
Solid slotted uprights allows work surface or optional accessories to be mounted anywhere along column. Heavy gauge steel frame bolts to top supports adding strength to the work surface and lateral support to the station. Textured beige powder coat finish with blue accents strips offers a durable finish with superior esthetics. Stations are 82" over all height. Work surfaces and optional accessories adjust independently of each other on double sided stations.
EL Workbench - Ergo-Line
The Ergo-Line hand crank vertical adjustablility reduces repetitive motion injury and increases productivity. Push button electric and tilting available upon request. Custom units utilized as parts feeder to eliminate back fatigue from bending. Call for details.
Ergonomists at the world's largest manufacturers have recognized that repetitive motion injury (RMI) can be greatly reduced and productivity greatly increased by changing the positions during the work process. The Ergo-Line workbench allows operators of all sizes and physical characteristics to change work surface height at will. Our optional Work Surface tilting feature is available upon request.
Millenium II
The Millennium II is an electric height adjustable work bench, and with the ESD laminate worksurface choice, an excellent work bench for electronics fabrication and processing. Special features on this unit include a programmable switch - operators can preset up to three heights into memory or push the override button to any height desired. Motor and control box are UL and CSA approved. Sturdy but simple design allows the unit to ship Knocked-Down (KD). Assembles in minutes.
